My Body Wise Story: By Deborah Reiter
I was introduced to Body Wise about 15 years ago by Steve Hughes, Senior Vice President. My late husband used to work with Steve at a major airline here in Las Vegas. One day he brought home the AM/PM formula vitamins and we tried them for a month. In a couple of weeks I noticed a difference. I had more energy during the day and I slept better at night. I found this simply amazing only because I had taken vitamins all my life. My grandparents used to own a health food store. How could these vitamins be so different? I learned that there is some major science behind the body wise products. They are formulated to break down quickly in the digestive system and be absorbed on a cellular level. Body Wise is guaranteed to work. No other vitamin can make this claim.
Fast forward a few years
I have two kids, 19 and 13. While pregnant with my son I took the AM/PM formula plus calcium, with my OBGYN’s permission. He told me that Body Wise looks better than what he was going prescribe. So yeah, I grew a baby on these vitamins. Both of them, today, are super healthy and as soon as they learned how to swallow, they started taking Body Wise as well. Body Wise has childrens chewable vitamins too. They take: AM’s PM’s and AG Immune for a strong immune system. My kids don’t get sick!
I never had to worry about my weight until I got older. We had a couple of deaths in the family and I started to “comfort” eat. I gained 37 pounds *YICKES*! I found out I had low blood sugar too. Hence I was sleeping all the time. I needed some help loosing weight and get my sugar levels back to normal. I called Steve. He told be about the Elance shakes and the Body Wise “dare to be slender” web page. BOOT CAMP? How the heck am I going to do that? Ok, I know, I need to get back in the gym. But, I needed to get my energy back. Still taking the AM’s and PM’s, I added in the AG Immune, Elance Shakes and the Elance Appetit.
I started doing this much more aggressively right before Thanksgiving. I didn’t want to gain anymore weight. And I didn’t!!!! I have lost 20 pounds (as of 02/14/11), and kept it off as of 06/29/11. I feel really good 
This has been very simple to do. The shakes taste great! I replace one meal with a shake and I’m saving money too, healthy snacks and a sensible dinner.
Other products
My teenage daughter takes the Balance formula for PMS. She used to get bad cramps, acne, bloating and just overall miserable. It took about 3 months for her to feel like she was human again. No more mood swings, cramps are at a minimal, if any, and the acne seems to have gone down significantly. She is a much happier person. Mommy “likes” this.
